Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and support staff on weekends.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct rounds on patients, address concerns and complaints, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
