Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to join our care team in Clarksville, TN. You will supervise CNAs and nursing staff, develop and evaluate care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care during weekend shifts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and the broader interdisciplinary team, maintaining PHI confidentiality, and ensuring consistent, compassionate care for residents in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff on the unit.
• Inform physicians of changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) in verbal, written, and electronic form.
