Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on weekend shifts, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight for residents.

This full-time role requires RI RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of nursing experience. Competitive pay: $38-$50 per hour with same-day pay options and weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional interaction with residents, families, staff and regulators.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
