Job summary

Touchpoints at Bloomfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and direct nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the unit in Connecticut. This role supports residents with high-quality care and leads weekend shift operations.

The RN Supervisor will supervise nursing staff, ensure adherence to care plans, and participate in on-site training and development opportunities offered by the organization.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut.
• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
• COVID-19 Primary Series vaccination required. Booster shots are not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize nursing staff to ensure efficient unit operation.
• Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with care plans and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to nursing staff on weekend shifts.
