Job summary

Inglemoor Rehabilitation and Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor (3pm - 11:30pm) to oversee weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

The RN will lead the nursing team, collaborate with the medical staff, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining excellent staffing ratios and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing team on weekends, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for our residents.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
