Job summary

Complete Care at Woodlands in New Jersey is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor for every other weekend 7a-3p. This per diem role supports our residents with direct patient care, nursing rounds, and supervision of staff on the assigned shift.

Qualifications

• RN degree required (ASN or BSN).
• NJ RN license must be active and unencumbered.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Monitor distribution of medications, blood draws, and other patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Educate staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.
• LPNs may be considered for the role.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
