Autumn Lake Healthcare at Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and support the Resident Care Team. You will supervise nursing activities under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing Services and ensure compliance with current regulations.

Qualifications

Assist the Assistant Director of Nursing in directing daily nursing activities per rules and guidelines.
Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
Must be willing to seek out new methods and incorporate them into nursing practices.
Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other staff.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing activities in accordance with regulations.
