Qualifications

• Oversee orientation and ongoing professional development of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care under the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in duties and tasks assigned to the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure treatments, medications, and nursing services follow care plans and physicians' instructions.
• Contribute to staff orientation and professional development.
• May coordinate nursing team meetings and participate in staff evaluations.
• Support quality assessment and assurance activities.
