Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Weekend availability: Saturdays and Sundays, 6a–6p.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and support the nursing team to deliver quality resident care.
• Communicate with physicians and families for clinical oversight.
• Maintain organized and calm care flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide strong clinical skills, teamwork, and positive energy on the unit.
