Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise on weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise weekend nursing staff, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitor patient care and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
• Participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop strategies to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated care and regulatory compliance.
