Job summary

Avalon Health & Rehab is seeking a Part-time RN Supervisor to oversee the licensed and unlicensed nursing staff under the Director of Nursing. You will manage day-to-day care, ensure compliance, and coordinate patient admissions, care planning, and documentation with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Georgia
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or RN program
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS processes.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed nursing personnel.
• Complete documentation procedures and Medicare paperwork.
• Maintain communication with physicians and families.
• Assist with admissions, screenings, and compliance activities.
