Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Florida license is required.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents.
• Complete admissions and discharge assessments.
• Supervise nursing staff and document services for billing.
• Develop and implement care plans per physician orders.
• Perform daily rounds and monitor resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
• Coordinate staffing and respond to shortages.
• Maintain accurate charting and sign-in/out records.
