Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks a dedicated RN Supervisor for weekend shifts. The role carries primary nursing responsibilities for resident and staff activities, applying clinical practice and management skills to ensure care aligns with center policies and procedures.

The RN Supervisor leads the care team, oversees Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments, and collaborates with physicians to implement care plans for geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current FL RN license.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• Previous leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to update care plans.
• Deliver care and comfort consistent with current nursing practices and policies.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information timely and accurately.
