Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team and ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee RNs and CNAs, participate in rounds, and help maintain excellent care standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Conduct daily bedside rounds and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and maintain records of resident care, assessments, medications, and treatments.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for smooth transitions.
• Provide direct patient care as needed, including meds and treatments.
• Identify concerns and escalate to ensure optimal care.
• Participate in quality improvement and policy development.
