Job summary

Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a qualified RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor to lead the 11:00PM-7:00PM shift and ensure top-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, administer medications per physician orders, and work with the Care Plan Coordinator to keep care plans current.

Ideal candidates hold a MA RN or LPN license and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in MA.
• 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Lead Nursing Supervisor for department staff on process and team needs.
• Provide shift reports to CNAs.
• Develop and maintain nursing care plans with the Care Plan Coordinator.
• Attend interdisciplinary resident care conferences.
• Assist attending physician with rounds and procedures.
• Document disciplinary concerns for nursing assistants.
