Job summary

Majestic Care of Goshen is seeking a Weekend Supervisor, RN to lead the nursing unit in a long-term care community. This role directs operations, coordinates resident care, and supports staff.

The schedule covers Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with 3+ years in nursing, LTC experience preferred, CPR Certification preferred, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the state employed; license active and in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred, but not required, and CPR license must be kept current.
• Three years of nursing experience, with at least one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care community.
• Hire, discipline, and evaluate care team members; plan and facilitate meetings for resident care issues.
• Ensure staffing meets resident needs and budgetary controls; monitor clinical operations and patient conditions.
