Job summary

The Palace Care Center in Maple Shade, NJ is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other staff on weekend shifts, ensure accurate care, treatments, and documentation, and communicate with physicians and families.

You will lead a professional team, address concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, complete required reports, and provide shift-to-shift handoffs that support high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and nursing leadership as needed.
• Address resident and staff concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
• Complete required reports and provide a thorough shift-to-shift report.
• Serve as the nursing leader and resource during assigned weekend hours.
