Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehab Center in Red Boiling Springs, TN is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend operations. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate resident care, respond to clinical needs, and uphold our high standards of care.

The role includes supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring accurate med administration, rounding, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with active state license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift leadership and oversee nursing staff for safe, high-quality care.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs with assignments and guidance.
• Perform resident assessments and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Ensure orders, care plans, and treatments are followed and documented.
• Administer medications as required and conduct rounds.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to support resident outcomes.
