Job summary

Award Care health Group is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team in Florida. This role focuses on supervising staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring adherence to standards of care and regulatory requirements.

The position emphasizes a family/team environment and compassionate patient care. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license and may have experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be compassionate and dedicated to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Oversees CNAs during shift, assigns work, and ensures tasks meet facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
