Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and manage staff
• Experience with EMR and healthcare software
• Ability to lift and reposition patients

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate weekend nursing staff.
• Ensure documentation of patient care and services.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the healthcare team.
• Conduct rounds and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
