Focus Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor at Cliveden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and manage 24/7 operations with minimal overtime.

Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential as you coordinate with DON and state surveyors. You will monitor rounds, perform assessments, train CNAs, and contribute to survey readiness while maintaining professional communication with residents, families,

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in PA or Multi-State RN license.
• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in hospital/long-term care or similar setting.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability; strong professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Make compliance rounds on units at shift start and end; provide written 24-hour report.
• Perform data gathering and physical assessment of new admissions and residents as required.
• Train and develop CNAs; conduct skills observations and report performance to DON/Unit Managers.
• Assist DON/ADON with long-term care survey preparation and interact with state surveyors.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Staffing to maintain safe, 24/7 nursing care with controlled overtime.
