Job summary

Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center (Autumn) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will assess residents, plan and deliver nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality service daily.

The role offers weekend, part-time shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 3:00p–11:00p) with a pay rate of $38.00–$41.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and PTO to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in VA.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards and policies.
