Job summary

South Hills Post Acute in Bethel Park, PA is hiring a Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Day Shift. You will lead nursing care, oversee staffing and admissions, and mentor CNAs while ensuring all standards are met.

This weekend role offers a competitive salary of $95,000–$97,000, plus benefits, PTO for your birthday, tuition reimbursement, and multiple healthcare plans in a friendly, community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain continuing education and licensure with the State Board of Nursing.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience in long-term care preferred.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care across all units, manage staffing and call-offs.
• Support nurses and CNAs with clinical issues and admissions.
• Ensure care meets state, federal, and local standards.
• Liaise with the DON and leadership to maintain quality care.
• Lead with a tenured team to ensure smooth weekend operations.
