Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with DON, MD, staff, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services under the Director of Nursing and uphold standards of care.
• Monitor, evaluate, and organize direct nursing care to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary team to assess and implement care plans.
• Conduct frequent rounds, assist residents and staff as needed, and educate staff on policies.

Education
