Saber Healthcare Group in Virginia is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a SNF setting. This part-time role covers weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 3:00p-11:00p) with pay ranging from $38.00 to $41.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, creating and updating individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants in alignment with all applicable standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license for the state.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care and supervise staff in SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
