Higher Call Nursing Center in Quapaw, OK is seeking an energetic RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing assistants and deliver direct patient care on weekends. The role requires a go-getter attitude and a commitment to quality care in a fast‑paced long‑term care setting.

You will direct day‑to‑day nursing operations, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, review plans of care with physicians, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Plan shift services and activities with staff.
• Maintain compliance with Nursing Policies and Procedures.
• Complete and file required forms/charts upon resident's admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Direct nursing care functions and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Assist in planning the resident discharge plan as necessary.
• Monitor and report on resident status and care outcomes.
