Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and weekend shifts with competitive pay based on experience.

You will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and support a compassionate, resident-centered care environment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active NC Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certification holder.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during weekend shifts.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, assessments, and documentation.
• Ensure care plans and physician orders are followed.
• Guide and coach RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor resident changes and coordinate interventions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team.
• Assist with admissions/transfers as needed.
