The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations during weekend shifts. This leadership role focuses on resident-centered care, clinical oversight, and team guidance to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current NC RN license and CPR certification.
• 1+ year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during weekend shifts.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, assessments, and documentation.
• Ensure care plans and physician orders are followed.
• Coach RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and status changes.
• Promote teamwork and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain a safe, resident-centered environment.
