The Weekend RN Supervisor will report to the DON/ADON, supervise weekend shifts, and participate in rounds to uphold clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Competitive pay and a PRN weekend schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Nursing Home setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to facility policies, job descriptions, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in state surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor quality of care and clinical standards
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
