Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on weekends.
• Conduct daily bedside rounds to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including assessments, medications, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
• Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
• Identify and address potential concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
