Riverview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for a part-time role. The position runs every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm, with daily pay available.

The facility, a 190-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care center in Coventry, RI, offers competitive pay at $38–$60 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include supervising nursing care, providing clinical oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading staff on weekend shifts.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
