Job summary

Centers Health Care's Troy Center in Troy, NY is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an RN license, at least 3 years in long-term care, strong leadership, and proficiency with EHR and prescribing programs. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are essential. This on-site position supports an 80-bed facility within the Centers Health Care ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
