Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and services provided to our residents on our weekend shifts. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekend shifts to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff, including orientation, training, and performance feedback

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New York State
