Job summary

Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations at our skilled nursing facility in Bessemer, AL. This role focuses on supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and maintaining high standards of resident care.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with physicians and families, and support admissions and condition changes while maintaining quality care across weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Location: Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center - Bessemer, Alabama

Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a reliable and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team on an every other weekend schedule at our skilled nursing facility in Bessemer, AL.

This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations during weekend shifts, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• Every other weekend
• Day or night shift availability based on facility needs

What You'll Do:
