Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our weekend & part-time team in Missouri. We provide high-quality care in a warm, supportive setting and value teamwork and patient-centered care.

The RN will deliver direct nursing care, coordinate with interdisciplinary staff, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement while ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and medical treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care
