Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure in Missouri
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
