Baptist Health in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Weekend Program in the Short Stay Unit. This part-time night position provides direct nursing care from admission to discharge and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.

The role includes 7p–7a shifts with 15% shift differential and 25% weekend differential; required ADN, Kentucky RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS within 6 months, and crisis prevention training. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required from accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• NIHSS required within 6 months of hire.
• Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training to be completed prior to end of orientation period.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Support patient care during weekend night shifts and collaborate with the care team.
