Qualifications

• Current RN license in Louisiana.
• At least 3 years of experience in long-term care, hospice, or related setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Weekend availability required (day and/or night).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care accurately and timely using our electronic medical record system.
• Provide guidance and support to LPNs and CNAs during shifts.
