Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare in Ballwin, MO is seeking an RN – Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our clinical team. Coordinate and supervise shifts, provide nursing care to residents, and ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately.

Must hold a Missouri RN license; RN shift supervisor experience preferred. We offer flexible hour options, competitive pay with shift differential, paid time off, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license is required.
• Experience as a shift supervisor preferred.
• Ability to supervise certified nursing assistants.
• Excellent patient care and documentation standards.

• Administer medications and treatments as directed.

You’ll be great on our RN team because you have:

• *A current Missouri state RN/Registered Nurse license.
• *RN shift Supervisor Experience – Preferred.

RN- Registered Nurse – Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Supervise shifts
• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assesses residents by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Participates in the care planning process.
• Supervises certified nursing assistants.
• Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
