Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residency is required.
• CPR certification as per agency policy.
• TB test or chest x-ray results must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing per the care plan and physician orders.
• Document clinical notes and nursing care plans in charting.
• Adhere to MGA policies, procedures and handbook.
• Report on time to complete work within designated shifts.
