Qualifications

• LPN license as required for practice.
• Experience in home health or pediatric care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care: treat patients according to active plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies with accuracy.
• Document nursing actions, assessments, and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families on disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention.
