Job summary

Caretenders Home Health is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physicians. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care and support families in managing health needs.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ years of Home Health experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.
• Supervises home health aides and licensed nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks per state and federal regulations.
• Provides supervisory visits and ensures continuity of patient care.
