Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the nursing leader on duty during weekend shifts, overseeing all clinical operations in the facility.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the floor.
• Respond to clinical concerns and family questions as the go-to decision-maker in the building.
• Ensure care is delivered according to care plans, facility policy, and state/federal regulations.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing and leadership team on weekend events and follow-ups.
