Job summary

SanStone Health in North Carolina seeks an experienced RN Weekend Nursing Manager to plan and implement nursing policies and services for our long-term care facility. This 7A-7P weekend position requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to guide staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include scheduling, patient assignment, QA of records, reporting to senior management, staff education, and support for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required (minimum).
• RN license required. Additional healthcare administration certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement nursing policies, procedures and services for a long-term care facility.
• Manage and coordinate nurse scheduling and patient assignments.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and maintain quality assurance of documentation.
• Create reports for senior management and educate/train new nurses.
• Evaluate nurses’ engagement and performance and provide support to patients and families.
• Provide clinical expertise in emergency management and supervise staff on weekends.
