Miramar Rehab in Florida is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and patient care during weekend shifts. The role includes supervising delivery medications and treatments, and coordinating with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids to ensure quality resident care.

The ideal candidate will complete admissions assessments, monitor resident conditions, and maintain documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
