Job summary

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking RN and LPN staff for weekend PRN coverage. The role includes 7AM-3PM shifts, caring for residents, following care plans, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure quality care.

RN pay is $55/hour and LPN pay is $50/hour, all inclusive, with daily pay options. Massachusetts license and BLS CPR are required, with benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN/LPN license required and active.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans from Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
