Job summary

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Weekend Warrior RN/LPN to provide skilled nursing care on Saturdays and Sundays. This PRN role features a consistent 7AM-3PM shift, with 5 weekends in a row and the 6th off, offering daily pay and competitive hourly rates.

RN pay is $55/hour and LPN pay is $50/hour, all inclusive. Massachusetts licensure, current BLS, and the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN/LPN license.
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
