Sunflower Communities in Mound, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team on day shifts every other weekend. You will oversee clinical care, assess residents, administer meds, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assisted living.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living or related healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight during the day shift.
• Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments with safe practices.
• Develop and oversee individualized service plans and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, families, and staff.
• Mentor caregivers and provide education.
• Participate in admissions, care conferences, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.
• Participate in rotating on‑call responsibilities and after-hours decisions.
