Aperion Care Wesley in Chicago is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, working every weekend Friday through Sunday to ensure consistent quality care.

Competenze

• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Excellent reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Current CPR certification required; LTC experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow medical guidelines and regulations.

Mansioni

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of nursing assistants on your unit.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required and maintain charts.
• Document nurse notes clearly and file accident/incident reports when needed.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered; coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of resident care information.
