Job summary

Cordova-Health-and-Rehabilitation-LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to lead resident care operations during weekend rotations in Cordova, AL. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality care, and coordinate with physicians.

Qualifications include an Alabama RN license, 2+ years nursing with 1 year supervisory experience, and strong organizational skills for program and personnel management.

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state (Alabama)
Minimum 2 years nursing experience with 1 year supervisory experience
Clerical ability to read reports and use data
Skill in organizing and planning programs and managing personnel to provide nursing services

Responsibilities

Supervise subordinate nurses to maintain resident care standards
Transmit orders from physicians to other units as needed
Oversee delegation of nursing and therapeutic procedures
Make regular rounds to assess residents’ condition and ensure proper documentation
